For the 9th year, GSNNJ offers two four-week sessions of the Celebrate Girls Summer Program and the Celebrate Girls in Motion Summer Sports Program at the John F. Kennedy High School in Paterson. Girls entering grades K-10 will enjoy weekly trips, including a trip to one of GSNNJ’s summer day camps, and earn badges during their daily activities.
Girls in the Celebrate Girls in Motion program have the opportunity to go on trips, but replace badge earning with sporting activities, like basketball and soccer.
Celebrate Girls Summer Program celebrates girls by providing them with experiences, adventures, friendships, fun, creativity, self-esteem, leadership, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a positive impact on their community through service projects. All girls enjoy fun-filled days and bring home memories and friendships that last a lifetime.
All Girl Scout summer activities are staffed by trained, skilled and capable personnel who are screened prior to placement.
