Taking Time To Take Care Of Ourselves: An Outdoor Fun Fitness Crawl

Take two-hours to destress and appreciate why we need to take the time to care for ourselves. Join us for an evening of health information and exercise outdoors July 12 at Jockey Hollow or Aug. 9 at Lake Rickabear camps! Bring a friend (non-alumnae welcome) to this health and fitness crawl hosted by our Alumnae Association. Warm up with a short tour of our campsite, followed by two 20-minute sessions of Yoga and Zumba.
