Cake Decorating II/Borders and Basket Weave

Girls will further skills working with bakery icing.  They will learn to equally divide a cake for various borders and the piping techniques used to create them including ruffled swags and basket weave. Girls will decorate a cake to take home. Adults have the option to pay and decorate a cake along with the girls. Fee includes program materials, professional instruction and part 2 of Multi Level Patch plus additional take-home materials including 4 decorating tips and practice boards. Chaperones who are not participating do not need to register online or pay. A registered adult must remain for the duration of the program activity.                                                        

Prerequisite:  Cake Decorating I  Please Note:  Food items may contain or be cross contaminated during manufacture/processing with known food allergens, including but not limited to:  Wheat/Gluten, Dairy, Soy, Nuts, Eggs, Dyes/Coloring
