At GSNNJ, each staff member contributes to our success. Together, we will deliver on our winning proposition: to engage girls in accessible experiences that girls can call their own. We will rapidly assess girls’ satisfaction and adapt as needed. Our customer focus is expanding girl membership in the urban and second city areas.
We are focused on five key priorities: identifying and engaging community partners to build a local infrastructure; developing girl -relevant program experiences; increasing and diversifying funding streams; simplifying, cultivating, and developing volunteerism; and establishing a process for data collection and analysis that will allow us to tell our story.
Staff members are accountable for achieving their performance goals which collectively enable GSNNJ to reach our council goals. Each staff member is expected to take an active role in all areas of operations, especially by being alert to opportunities to identify and engage potential volunteers, girl members, donors, vendors, collaborators, etc. and providing contact information to the appropriate staff person.
