The Girl Scout Silver Award is the highest award a Girl Scout Cadette can earn. Completing the award requires girls to identify an issue in their community that they feel deeply about and develop a project to meet the need. Girls can complete the award as individuals or in groups of four girls or less. Earning the Girl Scout Silver Award gives each girl the chance to develop leadership skills, as she matures and works to better her life and the lives of others.
