Welcome to Tools to Lead. This section describes learning opportunities for adult volunteers.
You must be pre-registered for all in-person training courses and must be a member of GSNNJ.
Use the "Register Now" button on each course page to register. Confirmations will be emailed on the deadline date; please do not register for courses after the deadline date. To avoid having to reschedule your course, please arrive on time as classes will begin promptly.
Please note that courses with fewer than five registered participants may be rescheduled. The online calendar is updated throughout the year to reflect courses that have been added or changed.
New online training option: Girl Scouting 101 is a self-paced online orientation to Girl Scouting produced by GSUSA. It is designed to be a resource that can be bookmarked or added to "Favorites" so that you will be able to go back and review it again and again. Girl Scouting 101 replaces the Girl Scout Basics and Grade Level courses previously offered. New leaders/assistant leaders and those who are moving to a new level are required to take Girl Scouting 101, either online or as an in-person session.
The courses listed in this section are just some of the Tools to Lead.
