Service Unit Cookie Manager Training: Dec. 12, 2024
Initial Order: Jan. 14 – Feb. 9, 2025
Initial Orders Due: Troops due on Feb. 11, 2025 and Service Units due Feb. 12, 2025
Delivery: Feb. 22 – March 2, 2025
Booth Sales: March 8 – April 13, 2025
Final Reward Orders Due: Troops due April 15, 2025 and Service Units due April 16, 2025
Troop Reward Camp Event – June 8, June 22
Hey, Girl Scouts. Through the Girl Scout Cookie Program, you'll learn valuable sales and business skills while raising funds to support your troop's activities. Your customers can order from you via your online shop or in-person, and have their order delivered or shipped directly to them.
Every purchase from our annual Girl Scout Cookie Program helps you earn some of the funding needed to participate in unique and amazing experiences while learning five essential life skills: Goal Setting, Decision Making, Money Management, People Skills, and Business Ethics.

Meet Our Mascot
Meet our 2025 Girl Scout Cookie Program Mascot, Mei Lan the Panda!
- Pandas love to roll and tumble. They also love to swim and climb!
- All pandas found in the wild live in bamboo forests high in the mountains of Southwest China.
- Newborn panda cubs are born pink, hairless and they can’t see. They are about the size of a stick of butter. Panda mamas keep their babies close for the first month of their lives.
- Some experts think the panda’s distinct coloring helps it hide. Its white body and face disappear in snowy habitats. Its dark arms and legs camouflage it in shade.

Earn recognition items
During the Cookie Program, you will not only earn funds for your Girl Scout activities—you'll earn recognition items and patches, too. Check out the different things on the Rewards Card that you might want to receive.
New this year! New rewards this season include tickets to the Broadway musical Aladdin, your choice of items from our Amazon Catalog, and a group Troop Day at Camp.
Two tickets to the Broadway musical, Aladdin, for a Girl Scout and chaperone (at the May 18 or June 1 shows): Our council will host two trips to New York City to see the show on Sunday afternoon on May 18 and June 1, 2025. Bus transportation will be provided from three locations. Admission will include a snack stand credit, a Disney on Broadway patch, and a Questions & Answers session with the Cast after the show. A parent/guardian must accompany each Girl Scout as a chaperone.
Amazon Catalog Items: You will receive an Amazon Certificate (via an email to your parent) that can be redeemed for your choice of reward! Choose from a special catalog of items that suit your interests such as photography, camping, art, room décor, fashion, and more. Items will be listed once the Girl Scout Cookie Program ends and are subject to availability in Amazon’s inventory. Must be redeemed by August 30, 2025.
Troop Day at Camp: Troops who earn this reward will be invited to attend one of two Troop Camp Days being held on June 8 and June 22, 2025. Girl Scouts can enjoy many of the activities our camps offer.
