Build-A-Bear® Workshop & Parties
In partnership with Build-A-Bear®
Workshop, our council has installed a Build-A-Bear® Workshop in
our Riverdale Council Shop location.
Come build your own fuzzy
friend and dress your buddy in a matching Girl Scout
uniform and other accessories.
Did you hear? We are now hosting
Build-A-Bear Workshop Parties. Celebrate a birthday, a Girl
Scout Bridging Ceremony, or other special occasion with a party at our
Service Center, or make this one of your troop's Girl Scout Cookie
Program funded goals! Choose from one of our unique party packages.
Awesome Adventure Party
This two-hour party accommodates 10-12 children (minimum group of 5).
- $35 per party guest (children only)
- Each paying party guest receives: one (1) furry friend to build (value up to $26), a fun patch, a friendship bracelet-making activity, and a Girl Scout coloring book.
- One Council Staff Member will be available to greet guests, hand out party supplies, and assist guests with building their furry friends.
- Each party must be booked by an adult who will host the party, stay with the party guests in our activity room, and supervise the guests through guided activities, while our staff assists guests in pairs with building their furry friends in the workshop.
Ultimate Experience Party
This two-hour party accommodates 10-12 children (minimum group of 5).
- $45 per party guest (children only)
- Each paying party guest receives: one (1) furry friend to build (value up to $26), one (1) Girl Scout uniform or clothing item for their furry friend, a fun patch, a friendship bracelet-making activity, and a Girl Scout coloring book.
- One Council Staff Member will be available to greet guests, hand out party supplies, and assist guests with building their furry friends.
- Each party must be booked by an adult who will host the party, stay with the party guests in our activity room, and supervise the guests through guided activities, while our staff assists guests in pairs with building their furry friends in the workshop.
Optional Party Add-ons
- Additional Council Staff Member to supervise and/or facilitate with guided activities for the duration of the party: $75 (for 2 hours)
- Extra time in our Party Room: $50 per half hour
- Pizza/Juice/Water Refreshments: $15 per party guest (children only)
- Goodie Bags: $20 per party guest (children only)

To place an order for a customized shirt, stop by one of our Council Shops or fill out the Girl Scout Era T-Shirt Order Form and arrange for pick up. Orders take 5-7 business days to be processed.

Pre-Assembled Uniforms
We are now offering pre-assembled uniforms for our Girl Scouts. No time to iron or sew? No problem. We will add the flag, ID set, and numerals to your uniform for just $5 (includes a name tag space inside your uniform). Additional patches or badges can also be added for $1 per item. Ask our Shop Representatives for details on how to order.
Custom Orders
Show your Girl Scout spirit with custom apparel, signs, banners, or flags for your troop, town, or Service Unit. Fill out the Custom Order Interest Form for a price estimate.
Usage of the Girl Scout Trademarks and Logos on merchandise is not permitted.
Unauthorized usage of the Girl Scout name and trademarks may result in diminished value of the Girl Scout brand. To ensure optimum brand identity, we need to be clear and consistent about the messages our products and designs convey to Girl Scouts, non-Girl Scouts, and potential Girl Scouts. Therefore, everyone in Girl Scouting has a role in protecting the Girl Scout name and trademarks against unauthorized, inconsistent, and unlicensed use.
