GSNNJ’s 2025 Girl Scout Cookie Program begins on January 14. Each Girl Scout Council sets its start date for the Girl Scout Cookie Program. Girls may not distribute, take orders, or post their Digital Cookie link until GSNNJ’s start date – Jan. 14, 2025.
Girls, along with a parent or caregiver, may market and sell cookies online to family, friends, and the public through the Digital Cookie platform providing they review the Girl Scout Internet Safety Pledge, and follow all Girl Scout safety guidelines.
No. Sales links should never be posted to online resale sites (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, community Facebook pages, etc.).
Yes! But you must let your Girl Scout lead by having her present her sales pitch, create a poster or video, and write thank you notes, etc.
No. While each Girl Scout should work with her troop to create her Girl Scout Cookie Program goals, parents determine the number of cookies to order and are responsible for payment of all cookies received.
No. Troops may not require payment from parents in advance. Payment is collected from customers when cookies are delivered (for in-person orders). Money should be turned in to the troop as soon as possible after being collected from customers.
All varieties are $6.00 for the 2025 Girl Scout Cookie Season.
No. Individual Girl Scouts do not earn proceeds. Proceeds are earned by troops/groups and should be used towards providing the Girl Scout Leadership experience to all girl members of a troop.
Yes! The current line-up of Girl Scout Cookie Program rewards can be found on the back of the order card.
The per-girl average (PGA) is calculated by dividing the number of total packages received by the number of registered girls in your troop.
The Initial order period is when girls and selling cookies either door-to-door or online through Digital Cookie.
Troops can order booth sale inventory along with their initial order, these cookies will be delivered along with the rest of the initial order. Troops can also order additional inventory from any GSNNJ Cookie Cupboard.
Yes. eBudde will automatically round up your order to full cases. Each case has 12 packages of cookies. Troops are responsible for selling any additional inventory from full cases.
Yes! Troops earn proceeds on every package sold. Please refer to the Troop Proceeds form for additional details.
A booth sale is where your Troop will set up a table/stand in from of a business or in any public space. Troops must enter their booth sales into eBudde for approval and must receive approval from the business or location.
No. Girl Scouts/Troops may not have donation jars at booth sales. However, a “Cookies from Home” jar that collectings $6 from customers for cookie donations is fine. For safety, a Cookies from Home jar should not contain cash, but a symbolic item, such as a marble or a donation card, for each purchase. If a customer says “Keep the change” girls may accept it, but they should never solicit monetary donations.
A Cookie Cupboard houses additional cookie inventory available to Troops for booth sales and additional sales. Troops can order cookies from a cupboard through the eBudde site.
