ALL GSNNJ SERVICE UNITS: You must have a representative attend the Annual Meeting (business session portion) as a voting member of Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey.

*In the event that the Amended and Restated Bylaws are not approved by a majority vote, it will be necessary to add an additional candidate for the Board of Directors in order to meet the minimum requirement set forth in the current Bylaws of the Council.
Nominations may be made from the floor at the Annual Meeting provided that the eligibility of the individuals so nominated has been established and the written consent of such individuals has been secured and submitted, with their qualifications, to the Council Board Development Committee Chair by 5:00 p.m. on the day prior to the election date.
