During the first week, learn what goes on behind the scenes to enable a camp to run safely and efficiently. Focus on conflict management, leadership skills, unit planning, and more during this leadership development experience. In the second week, you’ll use your newly acquired skills working with units under the guidance of camp counselors. Upon successful completion of this program, you will earn your CIT II pin and have the option to volunteer for one or more weeks during the remainder of camp. Plus, you'll receive an exclusive CIT shirt to tie dye. To participate in this program you must register for both Session 6 AND 7. |
