Women of Achievement 2020-2021
Women of Achievement 2021, our largest fundraiser of the year, was celebrated al fresco-style—offering guests a safe outdoor experience on the beautiful waterfront of Lake Rickabear Camp, as well as providing the option to participate virtually. There were 130 guests in attendance with 60 joining the event online on June 6, 2021. The event raised $185,000 and funds raised from the gala help expand the impact and reach of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience in northern New Jersey.
We honored these extraordinary local women leaders for their personal and professional accomplishments: Kay Du Fernandez, Global DX Branding & Senior Vice President, Marketing, Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc.; Donna Watridge, RN, BSN, MBA, CCRN-K, Chief Nursing Officer, Hackettstown Regional Medical Center and Newton Medical Center, Atlantic Health System; Nicole Licciardi, Chief of Staff, Mars, Incorporated; and Erika Liles, Entrepreneur and Philanthropist and Girl Scout Volunteer.
