Girl Scout Juniors and Cadettes: spark change while working on your True North Leadership Award! If you plan to earn your Bronze Award, this step is required. Join us at Jockey Hollow Camp in Mendham for a day of fun activities and experiments all while learning about your energy use and waste. Make recycled paper beads, door draft blockers, cup cozies, and play the recycle game.  Girl Scouts will discuss what's important to them and make goals for change. Each participant completes an Energy Pledge to encourage lasting energy-saving habits. Please register adhering to ratio requirements - adults can join in the action and make the projects to take home too! Volunteer opportunities are available for Girl Scout Ambassadors. To volunteer for this program, email program@gsnnj.org. Fee includes all instruction, take home projects, lunch, snacks, and dessert. All participants will also receive a journal to record their personal habit and leadership goal progress. Financial assistance is available upon request.
