Summer Camp Employment

If you enjoy being outdoors and are looking for summer employment, join us at one of our beautiful Girl Scout camp locations. Our Jockey Hollow Camp in Mendham and Lake Rickabear Camp in Kinnelon offer fast paced, high-energy environments that are the perfect fit for anyone who wants to challenge themselves, build leadership skills, and take on a mentorship role, while working with children.

Each summer, we hire counselors, administrative staff, lifeguards, activity specialists, kitchen staff, communications specialists, seasonal maintenance support, and more. Become a Certified Lifeguard or renew your certification and work at our Lake Rickabear and Jockey Hollow camps. We need Lifeguards from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, on weekends and weekdays during our summer camp sessions.

Course Location: Lake Rickabear Camp (414 Kinnelon Road), Kinnelon, NJ

Work four or more weeks as our Camp Lifeguard and get reimbursed for course fees (must be age 15+ to take the course and age 16+ to work at our camps).
