Why Girl Scout Camp? At Girl Scout camp, girls feel comfortable acquiring new skills in a safe and supportive all-girl environment. From a relaxed swim to teaming up on a project, our camps offer girls a variety of opportunities to learn, grow, and build courage, confidence, and character.

At Jockey Hollow and Lake Rickabear Summer Day Camps, girls engage in boating, cooking, fishing, building survival huts, riding horses, zip lining, archery, woodworking, creating things, making new friends, and so much more!

Girls do not need to be Girl Scouts to attend our camps. All girls are welcome here, where they will make new friends, try new things, and learn leadership skills that will last a lifetime. For Girl Scouts from another council or girls not currently registered as a Girl Scout,  an additional $40 fee will be charged per session. Contact us for assistance in registering.
