Discover the process that engineers use to solve problems and develop new products as you work through the Think Like an Engineer Journey for Girl Scout Cadettes.
Challenge yourself by completing three fun engineering projects using our new Journey program in a box filled with all the materials you’ll need to:
- Design a life vest for a Welsh Corgi dog by creating, testing, and reworking a prototype.
- Design a sturdy cabin structure for camp that will withstand rain and windstorms and is based on an animal's home.
- Explore the world of biomedical engineering by designing an elephant prosthetic.
Just add your creative spirit and your desire to make the world a better place.
Once you’ve finished all three activities, conduct a Take-Action Project to complete the Girl Scout Think Like an Engineer Journey.
This opportunity is made available to girls through a State of NJ for STEM Grant.
